Commitment to Player Safety: September 2026

1. Our Responsible Gaming Philosophy

At Bwin, online gaming and sports wagering are intended purely as entertaining, recreational activities. We are proactively dedicated to fostering a protected gaming environment, raising awareness regarding the hazards associated with problem gambling, and providing players with autonomous tools to manage their wagering behaviors.

18+ Strictly Enforced & Warning

Gambling can be addictive and can lead to financial and psychological harm if not approached with discipline. Never wager money you cannot afford to lose. If you feel you are losing control of your gaming habits, seek professional assistance immediately.

2. Player Empowerment and Protection Tools

Every registered member can configure responsible gaming controls directly within their account settings via the Bwin Player Dashboard:

  • Deposit Ceilings: Establish binding daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposit amounts. Limit decreases take effect immediately; limit increases require a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off confirmation.
  • Session Reality Checks: Activate automated pop-up timers displaying the duration of your active gaming session and total net expenditures.
  • Loss & Wager Limits: Fix limits on how much net capital can be wagered or lost within a given timeframe.
  • Time-Out Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend account access for intervals between 24 hours and 30 days.
  • Voluntary Self-Exclusion: Initiate a formal self-exclusion ranging from 6 months up to permanent account closure. During self-exclusion, login access is blocked, marketing communications are discontinued, and new registrations under the same identity are barred.

3. Independent Support Organizations

If you or someone you know is struggling with gambling-related issues, we strongly encourage reaching out to accredited professional organizations providing free, confidential counseling:

  • GambleAware: Comprehensive guidance, self-assessment tests, and 24/7 helpline support (www.gambleaware.org).
  • GamCare: Leading provider of information, advice, and emotional support across the UK and Europe (www.gamcare.org.uk).
  • Gamblers Anonymous: International fellowship of men and women sharing experiences to overcome compulsive gambling (www.gamblersanonymous.org).
  • National Council on Problem Gambling (US): Toll-free 24-hour confidential national helpline at 1-800-522-4700.

4. Legal Disclaimer and Game Randomness Audits

All slot machines, table games, and virtual sports featured on Bwin utilize independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by eCOGRA to ensure strictly random and mathematically verifiable outcomes. Past outcomes or winning streaks do not influence future probability. Bwin does not guarantee financial returns from real-money wagering. Wager conscientiously and treat all forms of casino games as entertainment only.
